Martial Arts has really helped in teaching in my child
self-defense skills and improve his self-confidence. Fred’s
program provides a great workout regimen to get you in shape
and makes the training a lot of fun. I would recommend his
martial arts program to any one that has a child and is
serious about getting them in shape and have self-discipline.

recommend Matrix Martial Arts to any one that’s serious about
getting in shape. The training routine is tough, but you’ve
got to train seriously if you want to get results. Fred makes
the class fun and keeps the routine fresh so you never get

Since
training with Fred my cardio and core strength has really
improved. The training routine and drills have really
opened my eyes to the art of grappling. The techniques and
